Kate Garner
Director of Marketing
Kate Garner joined NAI G2 Commercial Real Estate in 2024 as Marketing Administrator and has since advanced to serve as Director of Marketing for G2 Companies. In her current role, she leads the company’s strategic marketing efforts and oversees marketing initiatives across all four G2 Companies brands, developing campaigns for properties and company initiatives while working closely with brokers, property managers, and administrative staff.
Kate has played a key role in creating and developing the brand identities for G2 Companies, G2 Homes, G2 Multifamily, and G2 RENTsmart. She also spearheads company events and manages internal and external relations, fostering engagement and connection across the organization and with clients.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbus State University.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Go Dawgs!
