Jack Hayes
Chief Executive Officer
Jack Hayes, SIOR, CCIM, is the Chief Executive Officer of G2 Companies, specializing in real estate advisory, investment strategy, and organizational leadership of the company. Jack is primarily responsible for the day-to-day leadership, organization, and growth strategy of G2 Companies.
Jack is known for his ability to build collaborative partnerships and long-term relationships across developers, investors, lenders, and institutional stakeholders. He brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to complex real estate transactions and is particularly skilled in structuring and raising equity for commercial real estate investments through syndication, aligning capital partners to support disciplined growth and execution.
Jack earned his degree from the University of Georgia’s College of Environmental + Design, where he concentrated in land planning and site design. His background in land planning and multifamily development provides him with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on development, entitlement, capital formation, and asset execution.
Outside of the office, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, working out, and being active in his church and community.
