Craig Grantham originally joined G2 Multifamily Property Management as CFO, where he provided strategic financial leadership across the organization. Prior to joining G2 Multifamily, he served as CFO of one of the nation’s largest private developers of luxury apartments, overseeing financial analysis and approval of multifamily development projects, construction and permanent financing, insurance and risk management, accounting and financial reporting, property dispositions, and human resources.
In his thirty years of experience, Craig has overseen the accounting and financial reporting of over 26,000 multifamily units throughout the Southeast, obtained construction financing for over 10,000 apartment units totaling more than $750 million, secured permanent financing totaling over $500 million, and raised over $250 million in investor equity for multifamily projects.
As CFO of G2 Companies, Craig now manages critical accounting and financial functions across the entire organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, property tax negotiations, and cash management. He partners with all functional groups—Property Management, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and more—to develop strategic solutions that ensure G2 Companies’ products, services, and business operations are aligned for growth and success.
